For items that are in stock, the estimated delivery time is:

- Belgium & Germany: 2–3 business days
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- Worldwide: 3–7 business days
Some Luli Fama styles are available on pre-order. These items require approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks before they are ready to be shipped. Once dispatched, the standard delivery times apply.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are available.

Returning your order is simple and can be done directly via your account:

Return conditions:
All returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Returns must always be registered before being sent. Items sent without a return request will not be accepted.
