Refund policy

At Tam Tam Swim, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In the original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

How to request a return

You can easily register your return via your order:

  1. Go to your order confirmation email and click “View your order”
    or log in via www.tamtamswim.com and go to My orders

  2. Select the order you would like to return

  3. Click “Request return”

  4. Select the item(s) and reason for return

  5. Follow the instructions to complete your return

Important information

  • Returns must always be registered before sending

  • Items sent without a return request will not be accepted

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed otherwise

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@tamtamswim.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original order and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@tamtamswim.com.

European Union – Right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The same return conditions apply as stated above.
