Where do we ship to and what are the shipping costs?

We ship worldwide with POSTNL. 

Shipping costs are determined by zone and visible at checkout.  

Netherlands - €6.95 (free shipping above €150) 
Belgium & Germany - €9.99 (free shipping above €150) 
Rest of Europe - €14.99 (free shipping above €300) 
Rest of the world - €24.99 (free shipping above €300) 

Please note: depending on your order and country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which TamTam Swim cannot accept liability.

You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

 

What is the delivery time?

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on whether your item is in stock or needs to be restocked.

In-stock items

Orders containing items that are in stock are processed immediately.

Netherlands
Delivery: 1–2 business days

Belgium & Germany
Delivery: 2–3 business days

Europe
Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express shipping: 1–2 business days

Worldwide
Delivery: 3–7 business days

Pre-order or restocked items

Some styles are available on pre-order. These items require approximately 1 week to arrive at our warehouse before they can be shipped.

Once shipped, the standard delivery times listed above apply depending on your location.

The estimated delivery time shown on the product page (approximately 1.5 weeks) reflects the total expected timeframe for most destinations.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are available.
